Carol Venerable is a  graduate of BS Psychology and a registered Psychometrician. Through the years, she have been exposed in the educational and industrial field; handling designations such as Psychometrician/Guidance counselor from one of the top performing institutions in Negros Occidental and Human Resource Officer from established industries namely Ayala Property Management Corporation and Puregold Price Club Incorporated. She considers her main forte in Recruitment.

What made her adept in recruitment is, during her stint in the Guidance and Counseling department, she used to work with the career and job placement area; conducting Aptitude and Occupational tests for students, providing workshops, career orientations and consultations as well as job fairs. Furthermore, her time working in the Human Resource department gave her an extensive experience especially in Recruitment, putting the right person for the right job.

Right now, Carol is realizing her dream of being able to travel and using her skill while working remotely through XEROTIA – a virtual assistance services primarily offering support for jobseekers and accepting HR tasks from employers.
